Initiated on September 20, 2005, by Mr. Zhang Ruimin, RenDanHeYi is more than a management model: it is the methodological engine of the IoT era.

RDHY dismantles traditional hierarchies to align with the core dynamics of a boundaryless world: Zero Distance, decentralization, and dis-intermediation. It is a system of continuous evolution, where strategic positioning and resource allocation are dynamically reconfigured to keep the organization at the absolute frontier of innovation.
